Builder II at Federal Polytechnic, Monguno

Federal Polytechnic, Monguno is a public polytechnic located in Monguno, Borno State. The Polytechnic was established in January 2021 by the Federal Government of Nigeria as the first federal polytechnic in Borno State. The establishment aimed to provide technical and vocational education in the region, addressing the lack of federal institutions in northeastern Nigeria. The polytechnic commenced with eight academic programs across three schools, offering courses in fields such as business administration, accountancy, agricultural science, and computer science.

Requirements
A candidate possessing any of the following qualifications, registerable with Council of Registered Builders of Nigeria (CORBON):

• A good Bachelors Degree (minimum of Second-Class Lower Division) in Building or Building Technology from a recognized university
• A pass in the final Examination II examination of the Nigeria Institute of Builders (NIB).
• A pass in the final part II Examination of the Chartered Institute of Builders of England (CIBE).

Additonal Requirements:

• All applicants must possess the required academic and professional qualifications for their desired positions.
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate is mandatory.
• Applicants must be proficient in the use of ICT.
