We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Inventory Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for all material in the store.
• Implement efficient ordering and restocking procedures to ensure resources/materials continuous availability.
• Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Collaborate with purchasing and receiving teams to streamline the supply chain process.
• Analyze consumption patterns and propose adjustments to optimize stock levels.
• Ensure the proper storage and handling of perishable and non-perishable items.
• Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems and procedures.
• Generate reports on inventory performance, stock turnover, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

• OND qualification in relevant discipline with 2 years related work experience.
• Ability to manage inventory and resolve inventory discrepancies and issues.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders including, logistics, procurement and sales team.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proper documentation skills and high attention to detail to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
