• Relationship Management: Cultivate strong partnerships and long-term client relationships.
• Team Leadership: Oversee and inspire a team of BD professionals toward high performance.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments—tech, operations, marketing—to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Reporting: Deliver clear and actionable insights to senior management through periodic performance updates. 

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
• A seasoned BD professional with 5+ years of proven success in sales, partnerships, or growth roles
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and highly results-driven
• A visionary leader with experience managing and growing teams
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-service environment
