Job Description

• Are you organized, proactive, and passionate about customer service and team leadership? Lauvee Beauty Salon is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Support the Salon Manager in daily operations and overall team supervision
• Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
• Manage appointment bookings and front desk activities
• Oversee staff schedules, performance, and attendance
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Coordinate marketing efforts and customer engagement initiatives
• Maintain cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards
• Handle basic administrative tasks and reporting duties

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a relevant field
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory or managerial role
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic office tools and customer management systems is an added advantage
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
