Job Title: Branch Operational Manager

Job Summary

• We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily gym operations, ensuring smooth functioning and excellent member experience.
• Lead, train, and motivate gym staff, including fitness instructors, front desk, and cleaning personnel.
• Manage membership sales, promotions, and retention to meet revenue targets.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment functionality.
• Develop strategies to enhance member engagement and satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
• Track and report branch performance metrics.
• Manage inventory and order supplies/equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• BSc/HND in a related field.
• Proven experience in management, preferably in a gym.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Passion for fitness and understanding of gym operations.
• Ability to manage budgets and track revenue/expenses.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Work Hours:

• 6:00AM - 3:00PM, 1:00PM- 9:00PM (Monday to Sunday, Two days off).

Salary
N200,000 per month.
