Description

• We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Digital Marketer & Content Creator to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging digital content and implementing marketing strategies that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive online engagement across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms (social media, email, blogs, SEO, paid ads).
• Create original and compelling content for websites, blogs, newsletters, and social media (videos, reels, graphics, carousels, etc.).
• Develop and manage content calendars aligned with marketing goals and key dates.
• Optimize content for SEO and audience engagement using relevant tools and analytics.
• Analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and others.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and content trends across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Manage and grow online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster engagement.
• Support influencer marketing, brand partnerships, and user-generated content campaigns.
• Monitor competitor content and digital trends to stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
• Strong portfolio of digital content (social posts, videos, blogs, campaigns).
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp).
• Good knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and analytics.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and visual content creation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Passionate about digital trends, social media culture, and online communities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in photography and videography.
• Knowledge of short-form video trends (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Familiarity with basic HTML, WordPress, or eCommerce platforms is a plus.
• Experience running paid ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
