Job Summary

• We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Sales Representative to join their retail or wholesale team and help drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of the brand.
• As a Sales Representative in the fashion industry, you will be the face of the brand—responsible for engaging with customers, showcasing collections, and driving sales both in-store and online.
• You will use your product knowledge, style insight, and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and assist customers in-store or online, offering styling advice and product recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive repeat business and brand loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively present the brand.
• Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the shop floor is well-organized, clean, and in line with brand standards.
• Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain proper sales records.
• Support marketing or promotional events when necessary.
• Provide feedback on customer preferences and buying trends to the merchandising and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 1 - 2 years’ experience in sales, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sense of fashion and personal style.
• Target-driven, persuasive, and customer-focused.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
