We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Communications Associate

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Management:

• Develop and execute a content strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, stories, and written posts
• Write compelling copy aligned with brand tone and messaging

Brand and Comms Strategy:

• Ensure brand consistency in voice and visuals across all communications
• Support with the development of communication materials such as newsletters, press releases, and reports
• Assist in campaign planning and product launches in collaboration with the graphics and marketing team

Social Media Management:

• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and responses
• Track and analyze performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations
• Stay up to date with algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and digital trends

Advertising & Growth:

• Plan and manage paid social ad campaigns
• Monitor ad spend and optimize performance for reach, engagement, and conversions

External Engagement:

• Represent Vectar at key industry events and activations
• Support media outreach and partnership communication.
