Job Title: Marketing Lead (Growth and Performance)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive positioning.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and traditional channels.
• Create compelling marketing content, including copywriting, design briefs, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 4-5 years work experience.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
