Job Title: Call Centre Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Hausa-speaking Contact Center Agent (CCA) to provide excellent service by handling customer inquiries and addressing concerns effectively in Hausa and English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in Hausa and English, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate unresolved matters appropriately.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve set targets for quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • B.Sc degree (Second Class Lower - 2:2 only).
  • Maximum age: 28 years.
  • Must have completed NYSC with a valid certificate.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hausa and English.
  • Good interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM systems.
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure, team-based environment.

Salary
N110,000 / Month.
