Job Title: Vice President (VP), Capital Markets

Description

• We’re hiring a VP of Capital Markets to lead fundraising, bond issuance, and institutional investor engagement.
• This is a strategic role focused on building long-term capital access for a fast-growing digital bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all capital markets activities: debt issuance, securitization, and investor relationship.
• Structure transactions and manage execution with legal, finance, and external advisors.
• Build and maintain relationships with local and global institutional investors.
• Support balance sheet strategy, capital planning, and compliance with capital adequacy

Requirements

• 8 – 12 years’ experience in investment banking, structured finance, or fintech capital markets
• Deep understanding of debt capital markets in Nigeria and/or international markets
• Strong execution capability and investor communication skills

Salary
N1,000,000 - N1,500,000 monthly.
