Job Summary

• We are a leading experiential marketing and advertising company currently seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead the development and execution of visual concepts across campaigns, branding, and client presentations.
• The ideal candidate must possess a strong creative vision, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in delivering top-tier visuals within the events, branding, experiential, or advertising space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization, design direction, and development of creative assets for various campaigns.
• Collaborate with the creative, client service, strategy, and production teams to interpret briefs and deliver high-impact visual solutions.
• Create and manage all phases of visual development from ideation to execution across print, digital, 3D, and environmental design.
• Present creative concepts internally and to clients with clarity and persuasive storytelling.
• Ensure all creative output maintains brand consistency, visual excellence, and innovation.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creative or advertising Agency is essential
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work in branding, campaigns, and experiential visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); 3D design software and Motion experience is non-negotiable
• Excellent leadership, storytelling, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

Salary
N250,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
