We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources / Admin Officer

Location: Lagos 
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR documentation.
• Drive performance management, training schedules, and staff development.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and labour laws.
• Handle staff engagement, leave management, and employee welfare.
• Manage administrative tasks including procurement, office supplies, and vendor coordination.
• Liaise with retail store teams to support smooth HR operations.
• Prepare HR reports and support payroll and compensation processes.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR compliance.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• CIPM membership or certification is an added advantage.
• Retail or fashion industry experience is a plus.
