Summary
- HRLeverage, a Pan-African workforce management company, We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Business Development Officer to join our team.
- This role is ideal for candidates with a strong track record in service-based sales, particularly in sectors like banking, insurance, or HMOs.
- You will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying business opportunities, developing client relationships, and delivering tailored service solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target sectors.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote service offerings to new and existing clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close deals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service-level agreements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales and client solutioning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development or service sales in insurance, banking, or HMO sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and the Microsoft Office Suite.
