Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: MRO Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun [Lagos–Ibadan Expressway]
Employment Types: Full-time
Department/Unit: Maintenance & Engineering
Directly Reports To: Maintenance Manager
Internal Interactions: Inventory, Planning, Production

Role Overview

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operations activities to maximize equipment availability and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and track preventive and corrective maintenance via CMMS.
• Maintain spare parts inventory; set reorder points and min/max levels.
• Process work orders; liaise with external service providers.
• Monitor equipment uptime and MTBF; analyze failure data for improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 5 years’ MRO experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.

Skills & Competencies:

• CMMS/SAP PM module proficiency.
• Strong coordination and problem‑solving skills.

SMART KPIs:

• Equipment Uptime: ≥98% overall equipment uptime.
• MTTR (Mean Time to Repair): Reduce MTTR by 15% within 12 months.
• Preventive Maintenance Compliance: 100% scheduled PMs completed on time.
• Spare Parts Availability: ≥95% first-time availability for critical spares.
