The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Procurement Officer

Location: Lagos–Ibadan Expressway, Mowe - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Department/unit: Supply Chain - Procurement
Directly reports to: Procurement Manager
Internal interactions: Inventory, Finance, Operations

Role Overview

• Support procurement activities, vendor communications, and purchase order processing to ensure timely material availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue RFQs; collect and compare vendor quotes.
• Create and process purchase orders in ERP.
• Track delivery schedules and update stakeholders.
• Maintain vendor records and performance data.
• Assist in resolving purchase discrepancies and urgent requests.

Smart KPIs

• PO Accuracy: Achieve ≥98% accuracy in purchase order creation.
• Lead Time Adherence: ≥90% of orders delivered within agreed lead times.
• Vendor Follow-up: Close ≥95% of vendor queries within 2 business days.
• Cost Variance: Maintain average price variance ≤3%.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2 years’ procurement support experience in manufacturing.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and negotiation basics.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems.
