The company specializes in the export of solid minerals and agricultural products, sourcing the finest raw materials from local markets to meet international demand. Neveah has now expanded into manufacturing, focusing on the recycling of aluminum and copper to produce ingots for export, further strengthening its global footprint.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Junior Quality Control Officer

Location: Mowe, Lagos Ibadan Expressway - Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time
Department/unit: Quality Assurance & Control
Directly reports to: Quality Control Officer
Internal interactions: Production, QA, Maintenance

Role Overview

• Support QC operations by conducting tests, recording results, and ensuring product quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare samples and conduct standard QC tests.
• Record, analyze, and report QC data accurately.
• Assist in calibration and maintenance of lab equipment.
• Support in corrective action investigations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Materials Science, Metallurgy, or related.
• 3 years’ QC laboratory or manufacturing experience.

Skills & Competencies:

• Attention to detail and data integrity focus.
• Basic understanding of SPC and inspection techniques.

SMART KPIs:

• Test Turnaround: Complete ≥95% of QC assignments within agreed timelines.
• Data Accuracy: Maintain ≥98% accuracy in test records.
• Calibration Support: Ensure 100% of supervised equipment undergoes timely calibration.
