Job Description

• Teach undergraduate courses, prepare lecture materials, assess students, supervise research, and engage in scholarly and departmental activities.

Requirements
Academic Qualification:

• The candidate must possess a Master’s Degree in Igbo Language.
• However, a Master’s Degree in Igbo Language plus a postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) or its equivalent is acceptable.

Teaching Experience:

• The candidate must have taught Igbo Language courses at tertiary education level for at least 3 years.

Publications:

• The candidate must have at least 2 publications (1 in a reputable journal).

Remuneration

• Salary: COMPCASS / CET-5.
• Conditions of Service: All appointments are as applicable in the College
