Job Description

  • The Director of Physical Planning is responsible for the production of the design of the College building projects and the overall physical development of the College.

Requirements

  • The candidate must possess at least First Degree with minimum of Second Class lower division in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
  • The candidate must have at least five years of working experience in building construction industry.

Remuneration and Condition of Service

  • The successful candidates will be entitled to the privileges and benefits specified in the terms and condition service for staff of Abia State College of Education and according to other conditions which may be approved from time to time by the Governing Council of the College in consultation with the National Commission for Colleges of Education. 

Tenure

  • Appointment of the candidate is for a single term of five years beginning from the effective date of appointment.
