A Leading Cafe is seeking suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Marketing Manager

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution.
• Postgraduate qualification in Marketing would be an advantage if the first degree is not in a Marketing-related subject.
• 3-5 years' work experience at a reputable company, preferably FMCG in the marketing, communications or public relations section, of which at least 2 should be in the Marketing function at a Senior Brand Manager Level or equivalent.
• Sales experience would be an advantage

Technical / Professional Experience

• To ensure the development, monitoring and evaluation of activity programs for the company trademark which delivers annual brand targets (such as volume, market share, brand awareness, brand imagery), on budget and on time, and sustain brand equity
• To create a lasting impression among consumers and improving product sales and market share
• To develop and maintain the website and social media platform for the respective brands. overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and liaising with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate domestic and international market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the brands.
