Job Title: Purchasing / Supply Chain Manager

Location: Enugu

Job Description

• Manages procurement and inventory lifecycle to prevent stock-out and ensure optimal stock levels
• Oversees Inventory Auditors and Storekeepers
• Ensures supplies are sourced at best value without compromising quality
• Coordinates with kitchen and service teams for accurate supply forecasting
• Supervises regular stock counts and reporting

Skill Set:

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills
• Strong analytical and inventory control abilities
• Familiar with supply chain software or ERP tools
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple suppliers

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Admin or related field
• Certification in Logistics/Supply Chain is an added advantage
• Previous experience in inventory management in the food or retail sector is desirable.
