Job Title: Supervisor / Quality Assurance Officer

Location: Enugu

Job Description

• Oversees daily service operations, including waiters, kitchen staff, and sanitation teams
• Ensures hygiene and cleanliness standards are upheld
• Monitors food preparation quality and service presentation
• Conducts routine inspections and staff supervision during service hours
• Supports training on safety and food handling
• Will run alternate shifts; morning-afternoon and afternoon-evening

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Home Economics, or related field
• 1–3 years in a similar supervisory or QA role in the food industry

Skill Set:

• Excellent people management and coordination skills
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP principles
• High attention to detail and quality control
• Strong sense of responsibility and work ethic.
