Job Title: General / Human Resource Manager

Location: Enugu

Job Description

• Directly reports to the CEO and supervises Sectional Managers and Supervisors.
• Coordinates daily operations and human resource functions to ensure effective service delivery across all units.
• Oversees recruitment, staff performance, welfare, and disciplinary actions.
• Implements HR policies and ensures statutory compliance.
• Coordinates staff scheduling, onboarding, and internal communication.
• Represent the company at Corporate events

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management roles, with at least 3 years in an HR function
• HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CPTD, CHRP, etc.) is required

Skill Set:

• Leadership and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution abilities
• Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strategic thinker with business acumen
