Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, located along Abuja Kaduna express way.
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process, from identifying potential candidates to the onboarding stage.
• Key daily tasks include interviewing candidates, collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs, implementing effective recruiting strategies, and maintaining a positive employer brand.
• Additionally, the specialist will oversee and improve the company's hiring processes to ensure a seamless and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in the mining or natural resources industry is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
