Job Description
- Sales Representative is responsible for selling a company's products or services by identifying leads, engaging with potential customers, and building relationships to drive sales.
- They act as the primary point of contact for customers, understanding their needs, and demonstrating how the company's offerings can meet those needs.
- This role often involves generating leads, presenting products, negotiating deals, and providing ongoing support to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods, such as cold calling, networking, or referrals.
- Customer Engagement: Building relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and presenting products or services in a compelling way.
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Effectively showcasing the features and benefits of products or services to potential customers.
- Negotiation and Closing: Guiding customers through the sales process, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and generate referrals.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- Product and Market Knowledge: Staying up-to-date on product information, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports to management.
- Customer Support: Providing ongoing support to customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
- Collaboration: Working closely with other teams, such as marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and product offerings.
Essential Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / Higher National Diploma with 3 - 4 years work experience.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effective interaction with customers and colleagues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport, understanding customer needs, and fostering strong relationships are essential.
- Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate effectively and close deals is a key requirement.
- Persuasion Skills: Convincing customers to purchase products or services requires strong persuasion skills.
- Presentation Skills: Effectively presenting products or services to potential customers.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Addressing customer concerns and finding solutions is a critical aspect of the role.

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 monthly.
