Summary
- We are seeking experienced Recruitment Specialists to join our dynamic HR team across our manufacturing sites in Abuja, Kaduna, and Lagos.
- The ideal candidates will have a strong background in talent acquisition, especially within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
- Ensure timely and efficient recruitment aligned with business needs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5 - 8 yers work experience.
- Proven experience in recruitment (manufacturing industry experience is a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles across various functions
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.
