Job Title: Personal Assistant / Driver

Location: Jakande, Lekki - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Summary

• This position supports day-to-day personal, administrative, and mobility needs, combiningexecutive assistance with logistical reliability.
• The ideal candidate must demonstratematurity, integrity, discretion, and humility, while managing tasks with precision, speed, and a calm sense of service.
• The role requires a proactive individual capable ofhandling confidential matters and representing the Principal with class and competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and courteous driving services as required.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fueling, servicing, and roadworthiness at all times.
• Run errands, manage daily to-do lists, and execute assigned personal or work-related tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate property maintenance, engaging contractors, supervising minor repairs, and ensuring upkeep of residence or business premises.
• Track and replenish essential household or office supplies when needed.
• Support scheduling and time management with diligence.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion.

Minimum Requirements

• OND or HND from a recognized institution.
• Proven experience in a similar role with verifiable references.
• Valid driver’s license and excellent knowledge of Lagos routes.
• Clean driving record and strong understanding of defensive driving principles.
• Must be well-groomed, courteous, and respectful.
• Proficient in basic communication, verbal and written.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
