Job Title: Head of Treasury Management

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Head of Treasury Management will be responsible for overseeing the bank’s deposit mobilization and overall funds management.
• This role involves developing and executing strategies to attract and retain depositors, ensuring optimal liquidity, and managing relationships with high-net-worth individuals, institutions, and other key stakeholders to ensure the financial stability and growth of the bank.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective deposit mobilization strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition efforts focused on savings and investment products.
• Maintain and grow a network of high-value deposit clients, including individuals, corporates, and institutions.
• Monitor daily cash and liquidity positions to ensure optimal utilization of funds.
• Manage the bank’s investment portfolio within regulatory and risk guidelines.

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or any related field.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a microfinance or commercial banking environment is required.
• Possession of postgraduate degrees (e.g., MBA) or professional certifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIBN) will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, banking regulations, and treasury operations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Salary
NGN 300,000 - NGN 600,000 Monthly.
