Job Summary

• Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about creating compelling content that connects with an audience? We are seeking a UGC (User-Generated Content) Content Creator to join our team and take charge of producing engaging digital content that drives brand awareness and user interaction.
• This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, highly active on platforms like TikTok, and confident enough to host webinars or live online events.
• You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand presence and working with the creative and marketing teams to bring fresh, relatable content to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create authentic, relatable, and engaging short-form video content (mainly for TikTok and Instagram Reels)
• Appear on camera as the face or voice behind brand content
• Host or co-host live webinars, product demos, and online events
• Develop user-driven storytelling content based on audience trends and insights
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to brainstorm and plan campaign content
• Engage with online communities to encourage participation and gather feedback
• Contribute to social media challenges, UGC campaigns, and digital storytelling projects
• Repurpose and edit content for cross-platform sharing.

Who we are looking for

• You are confident and not camera shy – speaking on video or during a live session feels natural
• You know your way around TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• You enjoy being creative, spotting trends, and producing content that resonates
• You’re organised, reliable, and capable of managing your time in a hybrid work setting
• You’re familiar with editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar
• You understand the importance of brand tone, audience engagement, and quality production

Requirements

• 1–3 years of content creation experience (can include personal projects or freelance work)
• Strong on-camera presence and excellent communication skills
• Ability to edit videos using basic mobile or desktop tools
• Previous experience hosting or participating in webinars / live events is a plus
• Must reside in or be able to commute to Ikorodu, Lagos
• A portfolio or sample of content is required as part of the application.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
