Job Title: Laboratory Receptionist

Location: Orchid Road, Lekki, Lagos

Job Description

• Namz Diagnostic Laboratory is seeking a courteous, organized, and customer-focused Laboratory Receptionist to join our front office team.
• The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, responsible for smooth front-desk operations, patient registration, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and register patients accurately
• Manage phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Schedule appointments and handle walk-in patients
• Collect payments and issue receipts for laboratory services
• Coordinate with lab staff on sample handling and test results
• Maintain patient records and ensure data confidentiality
• Provide excellent customer service and support

Requirements

• OND, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Administration, Public Health, or related field
• Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer use
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and professional in appearance and behavior.
