Job Title: Marketing & Sales Manager

Job Summary
- A strategic and creative marketing leader to elevate our brands, grow our audience and deliver measurable commercial results across all business lines.
Job Responsibilities
- Design and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns across all brands and services to drive business growth.
- Grow visibility, resonance and equity for the Voltaire Masterbrand and its sub- brands.
- Increase membership growth by achieving annual targets
- Increase foot traffic, bookings and member engagement across all properties and events.
- Drive partnerships, experience and content that supports commercial growth.
- Shape and transmit the brand essence to internal and external customers.
- Ensure all marketing and brand programs contribute to tangible business outcomes.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree
- Proven marketing leader with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role
- Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication, leadership and presentation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve tangible results
- Experienced in luxury, hospitality or lifestyle brands, with a passion for elegant experiences
- Digitally fluent. Able to lead content development and multi-channel campaigns
- Strategically sharp, with a bias for execution and results.
