Job Description
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing marketing operations, and overseeing business performance in alignment with strategic goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive lead generation, actively follow up on enquiries, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage end-to-end sales and marketing operations of the center, including IT training and solution sales.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to boost revenue and customer acquisition.
- Lead, recruit, and train the sales team to achieve set targets.
- Conduct below-the-line (BTL) marketing activities to increase visibility and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, academic, accounts, and administration) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure top-line growth and profitability of the center.
- Maintain and update the center's digital presence including website, social platforms, and digital marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in solution sales, with at least 2 years in biometric or access control solution sales.
- Proven experience in selling to corporate clients and handling biometric device sales.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand sales metrics and meet revenue goals consistently.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing, networking, routing, switching, and website maintenance.
Salary
N250,000 - N350,000 Monthly.
