Job Description
- Contract Management: Review, negotiate, and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions, investments, and development projects.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards governing real estate development, investment, and construction.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with real estate transactions, investments, and development projects.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and resolve disputes related to real estate transactions, investments, and development projects.
- Regulatory Affairs: Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence on potential investments, acquisitions, and development projects to identify potential legal issues.
- Policy Development: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Training and Guidance: Provide training and guidance to employees on legal matters and compliance requirements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including investment, development, and finance teams, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
