Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Formulate a robust marketing strategy aligned with organization goals and objectives, and supervise market research to gain insights into industry trends, competition, and investor preferences.
• Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their professional growth and development.
• Campaign Management: Oversee planning and execution of marketing campaigns, defining objectives, target audience, and creatives, and evaluating cost, reach, and potential benefits.
• Budget Management: Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
• Brand Management: Help position, create, and maintain the brand name and its value.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and market penetration.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company's reputation and generate leads.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior leadership, to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 / Month.
