Job Title: Head of National Sales

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As the Head of National Sales, you will be responsible for leading nationwide sales strategy, managing teams, and driving revenue growth across all regions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
  • Lead and oversee regional sales teams to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels nationwide.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 8 years’ progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a national or regional leadership role.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian order fulfilment or logistics market and proficiency with CRM tools.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: N500,000 - N800,000 / Month.
  • Transport / Data Allowance.
  • Commission on Closed Deals.
  • Statutory Benefits (after confirmation).
