Job Description

• The Marketing Manager at Bankyloolas is responsible for driving brand awareness engagement across all business units through strategic data-driven campaigns.
• This role focuses on increasing foot traffic and achieving growth in store visits and uplift in sales quarterly.
• The manager will align marketing efforts with business goals to generate maximum revenue.​​​​​​​

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales channels and opportunities.
• Implement and oversee campaigns and promotional activities to boost sales.
• Follow-up on activated sales channels to get converted customers.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance product visibility and sales.
• Activate new markets and sales channels, including B2B and B2C partnerships.
• Utilize provided tools effectively to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
• Report on sales performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement on a daily basis.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 years work experience.

Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
