Summary

• We are hiring Chef Instructor to train and inspire the next generation of culinary professionals at our fast-food restaurant in Abuja.
• This role requires a talented Continental Cuisine Chef with excellent culinary skills, teaching ability, and hands-on experience across different sectors of the food industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical culinary training sessions to kitchen staff.
• Teach modern and traditional continental cuisine techniques.
• Standardize recipes, quality control and teach portion control to optimize costs.
• Mentor and develop team members in food preparation, hygiene, and presentation.
• Maintain high standards of kitchen operations and compliance with safety and sanitation rules.
• Assist in menu development and innovation.

Requirements

• Culinary degree or formal training in Culinary Arts (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in diverse food industry sectors.
• Expertise in Culinary Arts with a focus on Continental Cuisine.
• Strong background in menu planning, kitchen operations, and food costing.
• Proven ability to train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene best practices.
