Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Job Summary

• As the Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations, managing cleaning staff, ensuring high cleaning standards, and liaising with clients to meet their facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff across multiple client sites.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards and client requirements.
• Prepare cleaning schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Train, mentor, and support cleaning staff to maintain safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant field.
• 2 years’ supervisory experience in cleaning, janitorial services, or facility management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
N120,000 – N150,000 / Month.
