Job Description

• We're seeking an experienced Security Supervisor/Chief Security Officer (CSO) to oversee and manage our organization's security operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the security operations of our organization, ensuring the safety and security of our employees, assets, and premises.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage security personnel, including guards and CCTV operators.
• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as needed.
• Monitor CCTV systems and respond to security incidents.
• Provide training and guidance to security personnel.
• Investigate security breaches and incidents.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Qualifications

• HND qualification / B.Sc in any field.
• 5 years of experience in a security supervisory role.
• Security Related Certifications.
• Relevant Training Certificates.
• Proximity to Iyana Isolo/Oshodi will be considered.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound judgments.
• Relevant security certifications or training (e.g., CCTV operation, first aid).
