Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support sales team to achieve targets.
• Ensure exceptional in-store experience and customer service.
• Oversee product displays, inventory management, and POS operations.
• Track sales performance, provide reports, and train team members.
• Support marketing campaigns, corporate orders, and special requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 3 - 4 years of experience in retail supervision or customer-facing sales.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
