Job Title: Supply Chain Executive - Shipping and Compliance

Job Summary

  • We are hiring an experienced and detail-driven Supply Chain Executive – Shipping & Compliance to manage end-to-end logistics and regulatory processes, including customs clearance, SONCAP, NAFDAC documentation, and terminal operations.
  • This role will directly support the Supply and Sales Manager, ensuring delivery schedules are met and all imports and clearances are handled without delays.

Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Compliance Management:

  • Ensure full compliance with shipping line regulations, managing all shipment tracking and documentation.
  • Process SONCAP applications and secure necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate with NAFDAC for permits and regulatory documents.
  • Manage customs clearance in collaboration with agents and customs officers.
  • Oversee terminal logistics and container release processes.

Permit & Documentation Handling:

  • Prepare and submit all required documentation for import/export processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of permits, licenses, and shipment statuses.
  • Track the usage and renewal of all relevant import/export permits.

Support to Supply & Sales Manager:

  • Collaborate to align inventory with customer demand and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist in preparing shipment forecasts and resolving supply chain bottlenecks.
  • Proactively flag and escalate compliance or delivery risks.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in shipping, customs clearance, or supply chain compliance.
  • Familiarity with SONCAP, NAFDAC, customs processes, and related shipping regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; ERP experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N400,000 / Month.
