Requirements

• Diploma in Phlebotomy/Medical Lab Technology
• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician
• Flawless technique & a calming presence
• Top-tier communication skills.
• Experience with effective puncture skills
• Understanding of proper patient identification methods.
