Job Summary

• We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and stock management.
• Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve overall store goals.
• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights for improved performance.

Qualifications & Skills

• SSCE / OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic knowledge of sales reporting and inventory management.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with POS systems is an added advantage.
