Job Title: Telesales Agent - Hausa Speaking

About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent who is fluent in Hausa to join our growing fintech team in Ikeja.
• You will play a key role in reaching out to potential customers, promoting our financial products and services, and supporting customer onboarding – all while ensuring excellent communication in both English and Hausa.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers in Hausa and English
• Promote and explain financial products and services
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic issues over the phone
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems
• Follow up on leads and meet daily/weekly conversion targets
• Provide feedback to the team based on customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc Degree in any discipline
• Fluency in Hausa and English (spoken and written)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related role
• Strong communication, persuasion, and problem-solving skills
• Good phone etiquette and the ability to handle high call volumes
• Experience in fintech or financial services is an advantage.

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
