Hamilton Lloyd and Associates - Our client, a young and dynamic furniture and building consultancy with key focus on structures, interior designs, sales and supply of premium building materials and equipment, seeks to fill the below position:

Job Title: Office Manager (HR/Admin Manager)

Job Summary
  • Person will manage the office operations, engage in business development activities. Support the marketing team and ensure targets are met accordingly.
Job Descriptions
  • Monitors progress of all the employees agreed tasks and targets.
  • Conducts appraisals of relevant staff.
  • Monitors progress of agreed tasks and targets.
  • Manage staff, preparing work schedules and assigning specific duties.
  • Establish departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with as necessary.
  • Review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement.
  • Approving staffing requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees, or oversee personnel processes.
  • Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits.
  • Supervises the day to day activities of the Company
  • Attend to issues that relates to customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Monitors and manages progress of orders and reports to team and MD.
Job Requirements
  • Business development and Customer relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and Presentable appearance.
  • Interest or experience in interior design and furniture manufacturing.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant course.
  • 5-8 years, relevant experience.
Remuneration and Benefits
Salary, commission where applicable, lunch, thirteenth (13th) month, paid annual leave, medical and pension.
