About the Role

  • We are looking for a dynamic, result-driven Sales Officer to manage and grow our business in the Benin territory.
  • The ideal candidate is a passionate and proactive individual with hands-on experience in dermo-cosmetics, cosmetics, or FMCG sales, ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Manage sales operations and customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • • Drive product visibility, placement, and sales targets in retail and distribution channels.
  • • Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • • Identify and onboard new retailers, beauty stores, and dermatology outlets.
  • • Monitor competitor activities and report market insights.
  • • Submit timely reports using basic Excel tools and sales tracking templates.
  • • Educate clients/customers on product usage, benefits, and features.

Candidate Profile

  • Graduate, preferably below 26–27 years of age
  • Minimum of 4–5 years sales experience in the Benin territory
  • Must have experience in Dermo-cosmetics / Cosmetics / FMCG
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills; basic Excel knowledge
  • Preferably female applicants.
