Job Summary

• As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team, and ensuring the successful distribution and brand visibility of a new yogurt product across Abuja.
• You will oversee outlet coverage, meet sales targets, and develop strong client relationships to achieve market leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and expand market coverage
• Analyze sales performance and implement effective action plans
• Ensure product availability and optimal visibility in all relevant outlets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc./HND) in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in FMCG sales, preferably in dairy or beverage products
• Proven experience leading and motivating sales teams
• Strong knowledge of the Abuja market and distribution channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Salary
N280,000 - N350,000 / Month plus N 150,000 Transportation Allowance.
