Job Summary

  • We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic IT sales team.
  • The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales objectives in a fast-paced technological environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients across various sectors.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze customer needs and emerging trends in the IT industry.
  • Present and showcase our innovative IT solutions to prospective clients.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless implementation of solutions.
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • HND / Degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the IT sector.
  • Strong knowledge of IT products and services.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
