  • As a Site Director- CPM, you will be involved in all contract performance related activities.
  • The position is required to be responsible for project management planning/coordinating activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Description
As a Site Director-CPM, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing in the role as the interface between the customer and the project team, managing the transfer of information and requests.
  • Assuring timely resolution of issues and keep the customer advised of the progress of the project and negotiating changes and variations and solutions to any issue arising.
  • Be responsible for adherence to contract service, operations, and performance specifications, as well as financial & technical metrics specific to the contract. Performing proposal negotiation and contract administration functions on assigned proposals/contracts with minimal supervision.
  • Providing support to managers and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
  • Functioning as the liaison for the customer on contract matters.
  • Presenting product/program strategies, technical roadmaps, risks and recommendations to senior leads (EB and SEB) across Baker Hughes.
  • Handling complex medium-term project processes.
  • Variety due to customization to client needs.
  • Handling important business unit clients.
  • Complex processes require the involvement of many stakeholders, both at the client side and internally.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
  • Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Contract Performance Management (CPM).
  • Extensive experience in gas turbine
  • Extensive experience in mangling customers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
  • Be able to work and communicate well with others.
