Job Summary

• We are hiring a Repossession Officer on behalf of our client in the refrigeration and electronics sector.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for locating, recovering, and repossessing company assets from defaulting customers while ensuring professionalism and adherence to legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and monitor accounts with defaulted payments.
• Locate customers and company assets through field visits and investigation.
• Initiate repossession activities following company policies and legal standards.
• Recover electronics, refrigeration units, or related items from defaulting clients.
• Provide accurate daily reports on all repossession efforts.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., credit, sales, legal) to ensure a coordinated approach.
• Maintain proper documentation for all recovered items and client interactions.
• Handle confrontational situations with professionalism and calm.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND; a Degree is an added advantage.
• 1 – 2 years of experience in credit control, collections, or asset recovery.
• Good knowledge of Lagos routes, especially Ajah and its environs.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Must be able to work independently and under pressure.
• Honest, reliable, and physically fit to carry out repossession duties.

Salary
N130,000 - N140,000(Net) monthly.
